CRISTOBAL RAMIREZ, son of Antonio Ramirez and Juana Sanchez, was baptized 09 February 1712 in Saltillo, Coahuila. He married (1) Antonia de Arredondo and (2) Matiana Hinojosa.

JOSE MIGUEL RAMIREZ, son of Cristobal Ramirez and Matiana Hinojosa, was baptized 12 November 1759 in Cuidad Guerrero, Tamaulipas. He married ANTONIA DE YZAGUIRRE, daughter of Juan Pantaleon Yzaguirre and Maria Gertrudis Vela, on 08 January 1783 in Mier, Tamaulipas.

JOSE ANTONIO RAMIREZ, son of Jose Miguel Ramirez and Antonia de Yzaguirre, was baptized 29 June 1802, in Mier, Tamaulipas. He married ANTONIA ENCARNACION CANALES, daughter of Jose Antonio Canales and Maria Segunda Guerra, on 13 February 1826 in Mier, Tamaulipas.

JOSE MIGUEL TOMAS RAMIREZ, son of Antonio Ramirez and Antonia Canales, was baptized 09 March 1830 in Mier, Tamaulipas. He married NEMENSIA GARCIA, daughter of Jose Clemente Garcia and Maria Petra Garcia, on 20 October 1853 in Mier, Tamaulipas.

GENERATION NO. 5

TOMAS RAMIREZ, son of Jose Miguel Ramirez and Nemensia Garcia, was baptized 19 March 1863 in Mier, Tamaulipas. He married CONCEPCION GARCIA, daughter of Jose Jorge Garcia and Maria Margarita Hinojosa on 30 March 1886 in Mier, Tamaulipas. They moved to Laredo, Texas, likely in the 1890s, as they first appear in the 1900 Census there. Tomas Ramirez died in Laredo, Texas on 31 July 1937.

NEMENSIA RAMIREZ,daughter of Tomas Ramirez and Concepcion Garcia, was baptized 08 March 1888 in Mier, Tamaulipas. She married SANTIAGO HALE in Laredo, Texas.

I recently discovered mulato ancestry from my grandfather, Jesus Maria Pineda. His parents were Nicanor Pinedo and Emilia Gonzalez.

Emilia Gonzalez, daughter of Juan Gonzalez and Dolores Arteaga, was baptized 10 April 1894 in Atolinga, Zacatecas. She married Nicanor Pinedo in Tlaltenango, Zacatecas on 2 July 1914. Nicanor Pinedo is the son of Pedro Pinedo and Pioquinta Cardoza.

Juan Gonzalez, son of Jose Maria Gonzalez and Luisa Carrillo, was baptized 14 February 1859 in Atolinga, Zacatecas. He married Dolores Arteaga.

Jose Maria Gonzalez, son of Clemente Gonzalez and Anselma Figueroa, married Luisa Carrillo on 5 April 1837 in Atolinga, Zacatecas.

Clemente Gonzalez, son of Juan Maria Gonzalez and Manuela Arteaga, married Anselma Figueroa on 7 December 1807 in Atolinga, Zacatecas.

Anselma Figueroa is the daughter of Jose Figueroa and Juana Palacios, who married on 28 July 1777 in Atolinga, Zacatecas. According to their marriage record, both were "mulatos libres."
